CHECK-IN PROCEDURES AND SECURITY MEASURES
We ask for your cooperation for the safety and security of everyone

In response to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken the preventive measures outlined by national and regional authorities.
We have also strengthened our health security procedures to ensure the safest handling of our guests' check-in, check-out and stay.

CONFIRM YOUR ARRIVAL TIME: Please let us know in advance your estimated arrival time to allow us to welcome you safely and at our best. We remind you that access to rooms starts at 03:00PM.

WEAR A FACE MASK: All guests must wear a face mask in the common areas from the moment of arrival, and during the entire stay.

RESPECT SOCIAL DISTANCING: It is mandatory to always respect the safety distance of at least 1 meter from staff members and other guests.

TEMPERATURE: Temperature can be measured for incoming guests. In case of temperature higher than 37.5°, guests are prevented from entering the hotel, as provided for by Lazio Region ordinance of 16-05-2020.
We remind you that it is mandatory to promptly declare if there are any potentially dangerous conditions (flu symptoms, coming from risk areas, contact with virus positive people in the previous 14 days etc.), even during the stay.

CHECK-IN ONLINE: It is possible to check in online by filling in a form with guests ID's details on our website or sending a copy of the ID's by email before arrival. If you do so, in person identity check (which is still mandatory by law) will be quicker.

CHOOSE FAST CHECK-OUT: It is possible to speed up the check-out operations by giving consent to the Fast Check-out procedure. You will be able to fill in the Fast Check-out consent form and hand it in at the reception by 10:00PM the day before departure.

FAMILIES AND GROUPS: In case of group bookings for more than one room, we invite you to find a group leader or head of the family to act as an intermediary for the check-in procedure and for all the needs of direct contact with the reception (ID's check, room keys, luggage management, etc.).
We also invite you to communicate the "rooming list" (a list of guests divided by room) by the day before your arrival.

FOOD AND DRINKS: In the hotel common areas it is forbidden to consume take-away food and drinks from the outside. The consumption of these products is of course possible inside the rooms.

DO NOT DISTURB: For any stay of 2 nights or more, you will let us know if you want our team to access your room to clean it or not.
